2009 Trip Details

We will be leaving for Italy on May 28, 2009.  We will fly to Rome, Italy where we will spend two nights.  We will then be transported to Civitavecchia and board our cruise ship.  Day 2 we will go to Cantania, Sicily.  Day 3 we will cruise, which means we will not stop at a port.  Day 4 we will go to Izmir, Turkey.  Day 5 we will go to both Santorini and Mykonos, Greece. Day 6 we will go to Athens, Greece.  Day 7 we will cruise.  Day 8 we will arrive back in Civitavecchia, Rome.  We will then head to the airport, hop on a plane and head back to the United States.

My Travels

This blog page is going to be based on all the little and big vacations we go on.  My husband and I have booked a cruise to the Mediterranean.  We will start out in Rome, Italy and travel to Sicily, Greece and Turkey.  I have already traveled to the Mediterranean in 2005.  I traveled with Celebrity Cruise Lines. I went to Italy, (Rome and Naples), Sicily (Messina), Greece (Mykonos and Santorini), and France (Cannes).  I had a wonderful trip and after I described it to my husband he wanted to go as well, so we are! I will add updates as the cruise date comes closer. We will also go a couple of other places before the cruise and I will add those as I go as well.
